I just got to share the best recipe evah. It’s easy, quick and a kindaaa healthy snack! It’s perfect if you want something sweet, salty and yummi on a late night or for some special occasion! It doesn’t take long and I am sure you will be satisfied when you take a bite!

All you need is:
+ A bag of salty peanuts (350 – 400 grams)
+ About 8-10 dates
+ Cocosa//coconut oil
+ Chocolate (250 grams or more)
+ Shredded coconut

How to make them:
1. Start blending most of the peanuts with a handblender, but leave out some of them for toppings. Add 1 spoon of coconut oil with the peanuts and keep mixing it with the blender. Then take a separate bowl with dates and mix them with the handblender as well. When it’s a little bit smooth, add the dates to the peanut mix and blend it all together.

2. Then chop the rest of the peanuts you left for topping, and put it a side. Melt the chocolate, and in the meanwhile start rolling balls of the mix you have made in the size you prefer. They will be filling, so I would recommend not making them to big. When they are all rolled up, cover them all with melted chocolate, and finish up with toppings. We decided to do some with chopped peanuts and the rest with shredded coconut!

And voilaaa! This is what ours looked like! (Not the white ones btw, that’s something else) Hey, they look pretty, right? It’s such a good treat and definitely a new favorite. I highly recommend trying them if you are craving something sweet & salty on a rainy or boring day. Haha!

Good luck, babeeees.
