I had this for breakfast sometimes during spring, and I realized that it was 100 % vegan! Score! It’s incredible how the Norwegian market for vegan food has improved just the last two, three years. When I got back from Australia, two years ago (happily introduced to an amazing culture of vegan and vegetarian food) I figured that there was not the same market in Norway as in Australia. The Norwegian market is pretty far from what I experienced in Australia, but it’s getting pretty good I must say! Just look at all of this: Crispbread, berries, soy yogurt, granola, vegan butter and cheese. You should give it a shot one morning, you might be surprised!
